Returns and Exchanges.
Kesshi does NOT offer Returns for products that were properly handled by fulfillment and shipping services
Kesshi does offer size exchanges within 1 week of delivery, you will however be responsible for the shipping costs
Refunds.
Kesshi guarantees refunds within 1 week of delivery for:
-Products that never arrived
-Damaged orders
-Incorrect Orders
Make sure to include photos and your order number in the email and Kesshi will do its best to resolve any issues
Wrong Address.
If you give an address that the shipping service considers insufficient, your shipment will be returned to Kesshi. You will be liable for reshipment costs once you have updated the address with Kesshi.
