Where is my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Orders enter production within 1–3 business days. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, email us with your order number.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund — no need to send the item back.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started. Contact us immediately at kesshiclothing@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

How do I become a Kesshi creator partner?

Email us at kesshiclothing@gmail.com with the subject "Creator Collaboration Inquiry." Include your handle(s), audience size, and a brief note on why you're a good fit. We review all pitches and reply within a few business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide through Printify and Printful. Shipping costs and delivery windows are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
