Shipping

Every Kesshi order is produced on demand and fulfilled through our partners Printify and Printful. Because your item is made specifically for you after purchase, please allow for production time before shipment. All delivery windows below are estimates and begin after production is complete.

Heads up: Production time (1–5 business days) is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window is production + transit. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.

How our fulfillment works

Kesshi uses two print-on-demand fulfillment partners — Printify and Printful — depending on the product. Your order is routed to the appropriate partner automatically at the time of purchase. You will not be able to select a specific fulfillment provider.

Your order is confirmed and sent to our fulfillment partner for production.

Production (1–5 business days)
Your item is printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. This varies by product and partner.

Shipped & tracking sent
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivered
Your order arrives. Delivery windows vary by destination — see Section 3.

Production time

All orders require a production window before they ship. This is the time needed to print and prepare your item. Production times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and may vary during peak periods.

Standard production

2–5 business days for most apparel items including tees, hoodies, and crewnecks.

Accessories

3–7 business days for hats, tote bags, and other non-apparel items.

Production times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays. We are not liable for production delays caused by our fulfillment partners.

The following transit times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier, destination, and external factors.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your cart, and which fulfillment partner is fulfilling your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly communicated on our site and applied automatically at checkout where eligible.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from Shopify containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at kesshiclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

International orders & customs

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Customs processing can add additional time to your delivery. Kesshi is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for any fees assessed at the border.

Split shipments

If your order contains items fulfilled by both Printify and Printful, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order. Kesshi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after ordering, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.

Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.
