These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Kesshi. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
Kesshi (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent streetwear brand operating through our online store at kesshiclothing.com, powered by Shopify. Our products are produced on demand through third-party fulfillment partners including Printify and Printful.
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are not prohibited from receiving products under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
All products are made to order. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight colour variations between screen display and the printed product may occur due to monitor calibration and print processes.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify Payments.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. In the event of a pricing error on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Orders are typically submitted for production within 1–3 business days of purchase. Production and shipping timelines are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners (Printify and Printful) and are not guaranteed. Kesshi is not liable for delays caused by fulfillment partners or carriers.
Once an order has entered production, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping timelines vary by destination and fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Kesshi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Title and risk of loss for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
All returns, refunds, and exchange requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. Defective or incorrect items may be eligible for a reprint or refund — see the full policy at kesshiclothing.com for details.
All content on kesshiclothing.com — including but not limited to graphics, logos, product designs, photography, and text — is the exclusive property of Kesshi and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Kesshi content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Promotional discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Kesshi reserves the right to expire, modify, or revoke discount codes at any time. Codes obtained through unauthorized means are void.
When using our site, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
- Submit false or fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or claims
- Reproduce, scrape, or systematically extract content from our site
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our site or services
Our store operates on Shopify’s platform and uses third-party services including Printify, Printful, and social commerce integrations (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping). Links to external sites are provided for convenience only. Kesshi is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party platforms.
Our site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kesshi makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our site, or the suitability of our products for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kesshi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or purchase of our products — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of kesshiclothing.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
