Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Kesshi order is made on demand, just for you. Because each item is custom-printed at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour preference, or buyer's remorse. However, we are fully committed to making things right when something goes wrong on our end.

Important: All claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honoured.

What's eligible for a refund or reprint

We will issue a free reprint or full refund for orders that arrive in the following conditions:

Item arrived damaged, torn, or defective
Significant print quality issues — misprints, fading, or misalignment
Wrong item sent — incorrect design, colour, or product
Item lost in transit (see Section 4)

The following are not eligible for a return or refund:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Change of mind or dislike of the design after purchase
Minor colour variations between screen display and printed product
Damage caused by improper washing or care

Refund vs. reprint — what you'll receive

When a valid claim is approved, you can choose between:

Free Reprint

We'll send a replacement item at no cost to you. No need to return the original.

Full Refund

A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer partial refunds or store credit in lieu of a reprint or full refund.

How to submit a claim

Email us at kesshiclothing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Attach photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. Photos are required for all claims.

We'll respond within 2 business days to confirm your resolution — reprint or refund.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, please first check with neighbours and your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a reprint or refund.

For orders delayed beyond the estimated timeframe but not yet delivered, please wait 5 additional business days before contacting us, as carrier delays do occur.

Sizing & fit

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing. We strongly encourage all customers to review the size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

If your item arrives in a size significantly different from what was ordered, this qualifies as a fulfillment error and will be covered under Section 1.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at kesshiclothing@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
