Return and Exchange Policy
Important: All claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honoured.
We will issue a free reprint or full refund for orders that arrive in the following conditions:

We'll send a replacement item at no cost to you. No need to return the original.
A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer partial refunds or store credit in lieu of a reprint or full refund.
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, please first check with neighbours and your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
For orders delayed beyond the estimated timeframe but not yet delivered, please wait 5 additional business days before contacting us, as carrier delays do occur.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing. We strongly encourage all customers to review the size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
If your item arrives in a size significantly different from what was ordered, this qualifies as a fulfillment error and will be covered under Section 1.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at kesshiclothing@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
